We try to provide our customers with a range of delivery options. We offer free shipping or subsidised expedited and recorded shipping in order to keep our prices competitive.

Please note: Most orders placed before 1pm are despatched same day, after that we ship the next working day.

UK Customers:

We offer four services to all UK customers:

•     Free UK delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard with proof of posting
•     Royal Mail 1st Class Standard
•     Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery at additional cost
•     Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) at additional cost

Free UK delivery

Orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when despatch is on the next working day). With Royal Mail 1st Class Standard, delivery can be expected within 3-5 working day and most often items arrive the next working day. We always obtain proof postage which shows the customer’s postcode.

You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched.

UK Royal Mail 1st class delivery

If you order before 1pm, your order will be despatched the same day excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you order after 1pm we will do our best to despatch the same day but we guarantee that it will be despatched the next working day. With Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and Recorded, delivery can be expected within 1-2 working day and most often items arrive the next working day.

You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched providing the tracking number.

UK Next day service

If you order before 1pm, your order will be despatched the same day excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you order after 1pm we will do our best to despatch the same day but we guarantee that it will be despatched the next working day.

You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched providing the tracking number.

Please note: order over 2kg in weight will be sent using a courier.

International Customers:

We currently do not ship internationally.  We hope to be able to offer this service very soon.
